You accompany a certified DKP technician on real interventions. You observe, then practice under direct supervision. Every intervention is a learning opportunity.
We start with simple cases — mechanical key duplication, IMMO3 programming — then increase in complexity: total loss, Smart Key, Kessy, recent vehicles.
Owner identity verification, on-site quotation, work order execution, complete testing with the customer present. Technical expertise alone isn't enough — professional demeanor is part of the training.
At the end of your internship, your mentor evaluates your autonomy across 5 types of interventions. If you pass, you receive DKP certification and can join the network immediately.
