How much does
car key duplication cost? ▾
Prices depend on the key type and the vehicle, ranging from
€149 to €449 incl. VAT. This price covers the call-out (15 km radius included), the
mechanical cutting, immobiliser programming and a full on-vehicle test. We
confirm the final price before any call-out — no surprises.
I have lost
every key — can you still help? ▾
Yes, it is one of the most common scenarios. In the event of
total key loss, our technician creates a brand-new key from
scratch: the vehicle security code is read with specialist equipment, the
blade is cut, then programming is carried out on the immobiliser. The
vehicle remains fully secure and operational.

How quickly can
a technician reach me? ▾
We aim to arrive within 30 to 90
minutes of your call, depending on your location and the
availability of the nearest technician. In Île-de-France and the major
Belgian cities, the average response is 45 minutes. A precise slot is
confirmed during your call.
Does my insurance
cover the DKP service? ▾
Many motor insurance policies include a "key assistance" cover that
can reimburse all or part of the service. DKP issues a detailed VAT invoice
compatible with insurance claims. Check with your insurer to find out
exactly what you are entitled to.
Do you operate
at night and at weekends? ▾
Yes. DKP is available 24/7, including
nights, weekends and bank holidays. A 20% premium applies for call-outs
between 10 pm and 7 am. We confirm the exact price during your call.
