What should I
do if I have lost all my car keys? ▾

(France) or +32 491 49 82 93 (Belgium). A technician will come to
your address and cut a complete new key from scratch, with no original required.
Your vehicle will be unlocked and fully functional within 1 to 2 hours of the
call.
Can DKP
disable the old key if it has been stolen? ▾
Yes. When replacing keys after a theft, we can — depending on the
vehicle — erase the stolen keys from the immobiliser system and
programme only the new keys. This secures your vehicle against any attempt to use
the stolen keys. Available as an optional service.
How long does
a total key loss job take? ▾
A total loss job typically takes between 1 and
2 hours depending on the model and the complexity of the immobiliser.
Some premium vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche) can require up to 3 hours for full
BCM programming.
Will my
insurance reimburse the total key loss? ▾
Many motor insurance policies include "assistance" or "accessory
theft" cover that can pay for key replacement. DKP supplies a
detailed invoice including VAT, suitable for reimbursement claims.
