Frequently asked questions — motorbike key lost
Can a key be
cut without the original? ▾
Yes, absolutely. We use lock impressioning or decoding of the
ignition barrel to recover the exact combination. We then cut your
new key from scratch.
Do you handle
Keyless (keyless go) systems? ▾
Yes, we can programme new Keyless key fobs for
modern motorbikes (BMW GS, Ducati Multistrada, Honda Goldwing, etc.) directly on
the vehicle.
Do you have to
remove the CDI box? ▾
In 90% of cases, no. We work via the diagnostic port (OBD)
or directly on the wiring harness. If an EPROM read is required, we do it
on-site without taking the bike into a workshop.
